I Need Help Setting up my Server (it crashes every time)

I can't set up my server I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm using a slightly modified version of DW20 pack.

I will upload each crash report that I got everytime I tried. And a Word document with all the CMD text. (The file with the wierd name is the CMD file.
