I need help please!!!

I have been playing FTB Retro with the Normal Pyramid Map. I have been doing awesome and feeding the beast with tons of stuff. However suddenly I encountered unbearable lag. I normally have none at all, but I suddenly dropped to a constant 1 FPS!!!!!!!! No matter where I am. This occured shortly after I put in the ender chest and I also used logistics pipes with a dark room. Don't know if that matters. I'm still trying to fix it but please help :(

Just a thought. Backup your world then start to break parts of your map to see where it is coming from.
;)

Hope you can find what is causing it and hope people can give you more ideas.
