Problem I need help for my Map

Hello everybody,
I have a server for 3 days now, the provider has no backup function and I have saved the map so now it happened that the map broke and I pulled the backup on it and came the following
There are 20 missing blocks and items in this save. If you continue the missing blocks/items will get removed. A world backup will be automatically created in your saves directory. Missing Blocks/Items:

Run the command /fml confirm or or /fml cancel to proceed. Alternatively start the server with -Dfml.queryResult=confirm or -Dfml.queryResult=cancel to preselect the answer.
If there was a solution to the problem or if I should have secured the config folder or something

Last line in your shared part of a log have the answer:
Run the command /fml confirm or or /fml cancel to proceed. Alternatively start the server with -Dfml.queryResult=confirm or -Dfml.queryResult=cancel to preselect the answer.

Did you update the pack or remove a mod?
