I don't have paper parts - tinkers' construct

Hi, I have problem with tinkers' construct mod. I wanted to create pickaxe, but i don't have paper parts in item list. I don't have wooden patterns, stency table and tinkers forge too. How can I fix it?

Bear in mind you're looking at the 1.16 version here, its only just come out, and is rather feature-incomplete thus far.

There's nothing to "fix" - its not in the mod yet. So in short, no.
