Problem I could not run the server. FTBLite2 Server.

The titles basicly says everything. I am a total noob in this and I could not find the post regarding this problem of mine in the forum. I started to get impatient(12am at night) and decided to seek help from the community. Long story short, here's the problem.

P.S. It is not only my FTBLite2 server not loading, all other server like the direwolf20 latest server is not loading for me.
