I can't craft 10k coolant thing

So now when i managed out how to craft coolant cells i can't craft 10k coolant cells.
P.S In crafting recipe cooling cells are with 4194:9 id but i get coolant cells with 4100 id.
How to fix ?
Need answer ASAP.

It is the wrong ItemID because it is empty. You need to fill it first in a canning machine I believe. Read somewhere else that it was something about it needing to be filled with lapis.
