i cant break block in sky factory

Details of the issue:
u no how u can chop trees down with ur hand or a block i was able to do that now it wont let me break wood i need an axe it wont let me do it with a pick or a block or even my hand. its really annoying what if i start a new world and have the same problem i wont be able to start cause i cant break blocks with out the item it needs to break them. i cant break leaves unless i have a crook or shears so please help me put it back to where i can break stuff with my hand or a block that isn't need to break a block​
 
Sounds like your game has gone into Adventure Mode. Try /gamemode 0 to make sure it is in Survival.
