Summary of the problem Hunger Kept on Death

What is the bug? At first, it worked fine, but after a while, I noticed that when I died, my hunger would remain the same as before I died. So, say I'm playing on hard mode, and starved to death, every time I respawn, I would starve again.

Is it repeatable? I haven't seen it happen to anyone else, but it happens to me, if I start a new world and kill myself a few times, it works as normal, but after a while the issue arises.
