Huge problem, no idea how to fix.

If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Details of the issue:
attempting to load my launcher, sometimes it will load up but sometimes it wont load up at all another problem is when it loads it wont load anything saying .json is missing. and one was saying i had a problem with my 64 bit system. yet last time i loaded i had no issues loading up any modpacks, including some of the most intensive modpacks​
