HQM Quest for Becoming a Vampire?

Hey,
I'm working on a private 3rd party pack called KingCraft. (Code 'monarch')
I would like to have an optional quest to become a vampire from Witchery. I want to make sure the player actually becomes one, rather than having a quest for the goblet which Lilith gives you, because they could just throw it out. The 'Drink Blood' ability, for example, seems like it would be a hidden item that doesn't appear in NEI, but would have an ID. Can I obtain an item form of an ability, or is there an HQM extension or whatnot? Note: Also, a quest for a werewolf might be a thing as well.

I believe this is in the wrong thread and is best addressed by the pack author. Though there is a book in witchery that has the instructions iirc

You could make it so a player needs to have fiery bolts in their inventory for the vampier quest(dropped by vampire hunter).

You simply need to kill a ton of villagers in a valid village(lowering your reputation, vanilla mechanic) and be a vampire.

Actually, I found out I could require them to make Woven Cruor, a material only obtainable in Vampire form. For werewolves I used the Moon Charm.

You should require them to make a set of vampire clothes or the cane :D

The cane is also a pretty good weapon if you put the right enchantments on it. You could also make this a separate quest about weaponry and have them make a witchery cross bow or other offensive weapons. Just throwing out ideas :p

Do keep in mind that Tinker's Construct is in the pack, hence people may not use those weapons. The cane, although, does store blood, so it might not be a terrible idea.
