Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Details of the issue:
My game crashed when I was playing. When I got back in the HQM book was all messed up, a lot of quests I had completed were not anymore. I did the /hqm edit and tried to complete them, but it would let me (might have been rep issue related). I didn't know what to do so I reset the HQM book. Now my issue is, I have completed ALL available but nothing else will unlock or show up. Its weird because completing all the quest should give enough rep to unlock automatically. Ive tried uncompleting/ recompleting some with rep to unlock them but it doesnt. Any help would be appreciated, thanks. Is there a command to show the hidden quests?​
