HQM Art - Why so blurry?

The little image at the front of the HQM book? Yeah, that's not working out for me so well.

I've got the right sized image and I know where to put it, but no matter how simple and clean I make the art it ends up being blurry in-game. I noticed the Madpack 3 art has a ton of detail and it's all crystal clear, but I can't make simple text without it being kind of fuzzy and pixelated. What's the trick to doing this right?

Make sure it's the right size image, or just edit one from another modpack. Here is the one from Refuge

D'oh! I found a "front.png" on minecraft forum that is 1/5th that size. This is much better. Thank you. I should have thought of checking an HQM pack, duh.
