How to "Shader's" on FTB Packs?

How can i add shader's to ftb packs? With optifine it doesn't open and shader's mod shows the same prob. Anyone can help?

Optifine has a very poor track record of Playing With Other Mods(tm). The Optifine team has zero interest in learning to play well with other mods. So basically, you're in uncharted waters when you try to get Optifine to play nice with kitchen sink packs like FTB's, and odds are it's just going to crash. There are ways to sort of get it to work, but you have to go in and check each mod in the pack individually for compatibility against Optifine to find out which pairing is crashing you.

tl;dr: If you have to ask, the answer is 'you don't'.
