Hi Guys,

maybe it's a dump question, but i'm looking for a new strategy to set up my machines.
I have enough place to set machines, pipes etc.

So.. in this spoiler i will type in what i've got.. maybe someone of you wants to help me:)
It will include two pictures with my ressources

Energy Cell Frame (full)
Industrial Electrolyzer
Carpenter
Centrifuge
Industrial Blast Furnace
Electrical Engines (a few)
Magmatic Engine
Redstone-Engine
Compressor
Plate Bending Machine
Sawmill
Powered Furnace
Pulverizer
Induction Smelter
Magma Crucible
Liquid Transposer
Steam Boiler (2x2)
Aqueous Accumulator
Advanced Machine Block (2x)
Industrial Centrifuge
Advanced Solar Panels (3x)

I would be very thankful i've you could tell me some helpful things.

Configurating the slots (input, output) is easy to manage for me.. I just need some tips, how everything is set up useful.

Thank you guys!

So you literally want people to play your game for you. 1st world problems have hit a new low.

No, i just asked for some ideas.
I set up 75% of these machines, but i know that i can do it better..placing-management, linking with other machines, maybe chests and something - but i do not get "that" idea which brings me to this.

Just a normal question... Sorry if this is a 1st world problem for you.

Honestly, there are so many different ways to set up machines. It's half the fun anyway, making your own system.

You could separate machines by mod.

You could separate machines my usage.

You could separate machines into sets specifically for ore processing.

You could separate machines into sets specifically for ore processing by mod.

You could separate machines into assembly line-type factories.

I could go on making this list, but dump questions (your own term) tend to make it rather long.

The best way is by system.

You build the machines you need for a dedicated system. i.e. Ore processing or a generalized working station.

I have a station where I have a wall of wire. I think there's something like 24 spaces or something there, LV and MV. Here I put all the machines I use frequently on non-automated tasks. It's my "workshop". I plan to make a wall of conductive pipe attached to a redstone cell/MJ power source for a similar effect with the RP machines I need.

These are things you have to develop on your own as a player. Nobody can tell you the correct answer, though I have no problems with telling you what I have done. Mind you I do things from an extremely practical standpoint, where as I have no idea what your intents as a player are or what your capabilities are.

If you're a person who calculates everything, do your own research and decide for yourself from the results. That's what I use this forum for mostly. If you need the forums to tell you everything you need to do, I myself, if your shoes, would be extremely bored with FTB.

Sit down a sec think what you machines you need most, what machines need others near them or chained if you like, & you didnt state what pack, but if you have AE are you intending to auto smelt & autocraft, its your game & the first time you setup a machine room does not mean it all must stay that way for ever, just step back a little work out a plan that suits you & your needs in the short term & go for it, later on if you find that its not optimal change up to suit new requirements its what most of us do & its how we learn, try out a build, change parts to suit, also known as refining.

Never copy some ones build use there ideas or build upon & put your own spin on them, thats the thing about this game the only limiting factor is sitting at the keyboard.
