i'm in a personal 1.7.10 pack i made so i can add mods if needed

i would like to measure how much RF my base has consumed in let's say: a minecraft week

is it possible? how?

ok i found a mod called zetta industries and it adds a RF meter
it is amazing it does everything i needed but i think it's only for 1.7.10 at least i play that version
