How to get FTB Server to fully use processor.

So my Rig at home is quite nice. 16GB RAM FX8350 SSD for OS and FTB server On a Sabertooth R2.0 board. I'm just trying to get the server to stop crashing. It runs nice for a while then tanks. Its only meant to run for me and my friends.

Any idea how to get it to run smoother and cut down on the crashes?

Not sure about getting it to fully use the processor. What is the error log when it crashes. If it is out of memory try adding some arguments. If it is any other error please post a server error log or server log to pastebin.com and link to it here for us to look at.
