How to generate ores in the world after an update?

I currently play on direwolf20's new modpack and ive noticed on the changelog for the next patch they are adding extreme/big reactors. Seen as though the world has already been generated, how would I go about generating the added ore/s in the world? Is there a command or a config change I need to do?

Also the new ores will be included in new/unexplored areas wont it? doesnt the world will gen with the new ores in them locations as it is explored?

Did you pre-gen your world? If not, just go exploring to chunks you haven't been to yet, the ores will be there. If you did, are you truly that far into your world you can't start over?
