How to fill in walls?

Here's the situation: my quarry has just finished digging its hole (full-size), and I want to turn the hole its made into my new basement. However, I don't like the idea of going around and filling in the floor/walls with block of my choice by hand. Is there a way to do it automatically?

The Filler (buldcraft) or the Wand of Equal trade (Thaumcraft) are probably your best choice here.

Hehe, I have UU. I hire manual labor even if a filler could do it faster. They get a stack of UU per job, its their choice what they do with it.

my thoughts on this.

this works well, I have a tunnel bore rp2 frames but i use deployers around the edges and it paves over any caves water or lava it even places a torch on either wall every 6 blocks. will never mess up my surroundings with a quarry again.
