How to convert Player XP into Mob Essence!

I know there is the XP Extractor from MineFactoryReloaded but I have found an even easier, and more effective way to turn Player XP into Mob Essence! Check out the tutorial below!

Mods used: OpenBlocks, Thermal Expansion, and MineFactoryReloaded.

Thats a cool way to do it but yea no real big use :(

Try hooking up a way to get xp to those tanks (invar spike killing mobs, essence berry bushs,etc) and it would be a bit more interesting
