Hi, I'm trying to get my nuclear setup (using this design:http://www.talonfiremage.pwp.blueyo...zx4gt0h0rvlb1ah8ugja7ogjrxvucnxbx7y55qvhbw5q8) to be automated.

I'm truly at a loss here. My problem is pulling in and out the items of my choice..

At first, I thought routers would work, set them up, and then realized I don't know how to toggle on and off the insert/extract option, which would need to happen if I plan on drawing out the depleted uranium cells and toss in new ones.

Then I heard of unloaders.. But, I can't get them to run worth a damn. I'm also not familiar, at all, with railcraft, as I think that's what it comes from..

Any ideas?

How I would set it up is by having two routers connected to the reactor, both with a machine filter and item filter. Set the first one to insert dual uranium cells to any slot, and the second one to pull depleted cells out. Make sure that the insertion one has uranium being piped into it. The non-fuel components should stop fuel from going into places where it shouldn't.

Routers aren't really needed here though, any system that actively puts uranium in when there is room and pulls depleted cells out when they exist should work fine, I think. AE seems like it would be perfect..

Just tried setting this up; The insert router gets stuck. It only inserts the first uranium cell, and then won't place anymore, it just gets one in the 'to get put in' box, and it just sits there doing nothing.

I just tested it, and I got the same problem you described. I was able to fix it by removing the item filter upgrade. It should be fine if you do the same, and just be careful not to put anything besides dual-uranium cells in the router.

I'm guessing it's a bug.

Use an ME export bus to put coolant and uranium in (You need to arrange the first part yourself, The export busses will just replace the coolant and uranium as it depletes)

and an import buss to take "Near depleted" cells out
