Problem How to allocate ram to server without using batch file?

Hello, my problem is as follows:

I have a FTB Infinity Evolved server on a hosting which doesn't allow .bat files to start (there's a window in which you can only choose a .jar file), and I use ServerStart.jar to start my server. The problem is that the server doesn't have set values for ram usage, so it sits on 8GB, and hitting 10GB mark shuts it down (which happen few times). I'm trying to set maximum server ram usage to like 6-8 GB, but I can't find a way to do it without using .bat file. Is there a way?

The second thing is, we have only 2 players on the server, and not many things done (we're on the water wheel stage) so I got no idea why the server is using so much ram and how to check which mod is causing it.

No, however I believe that when you normally would start a server with the .jar it has maybe only 1 GB of RAM allowed. This means that whatever your server is using to launch the server it sets its own amount of RAM.
If you pay a company to host if for you (like creeperhost) maybe ask them or look on their site for instructions.
