Hello,

I built my base around having my MFR Laser Drills in specific places. One of them happens to be directly over Factorization bedrock and thus cannot mine. How do I move or replace this bedrock without access to creative mode? Another player on the server I am on managed to do this, but I cannot figure out how.

Thanks

There are several vanilla methods you could try. I don't know any off the top of my head, but remember, Google is your friend.

I spent a good deal of time searching for and testing various methods. If I had found one which had worked I would not have posted here. Your reply amounts to "google it" and lacks any meaningful content.

Not sure what this Factorization Bedrock is exactly, but suspect that the answer you seek would border(if not directly be) an exploit, which is not so popular having posted here on the forum.

Basically, MFR Laser Drills don't recognize Factorization bedrock as valid bedrock for drilling. The two types of bedrock present in the overworld which I have found thus far have been vanilla bedrock which MFR does recognize, and randomly the factorization bedrock scattered through.

I understand the exploit issue and hope that none get posted to this thread.

MCEdit is going to be your friend here(backup backup backup your world files). Assuming you are running single player.

Also as a side thought.. have you posted this as a bug? because it sure sounds like a bug in the pack..
