I can not find any info on it anywhere...can you make force fields with it somehow. and with the multi tool how do i charge it to use it.

Insert Forcicium (made from Monazit) into the marked slot of the Extractor and apply EU/UE (depending on used pack).
After this, build a Capacitor and an empty card. Rightklick the card at the Capacitor and after this at the Extractor.
Now you may charge your Multitool in the respective slot of the Capacitor.
To link to a Projector, rightklick an empty card on the Capacitor to use and then at the Projector.

It does, but personally I think the rate is hilariously high.
