Request how do i use the /give for FTB ultimate reload items

hi i know the format for /give for minecraft ids eg /give playname stone 10 but when i try and give Red Insulated Wire (#5806/15) i just carnt seem to get the format right so always get the 'there is no such item'

can anyone help?
