Problem How do I install Optifine? (Ftb Beyond)

I'm trying to install optifine on FTB Beyond so I can use shaders. I've downloaded the right version of optifine (for minecraft 1.10.2)

When I try the install option, even changing the install location, it tells me I need to run 1.10.2 with the official launcher even if I already have.

Tutorials/guides I found say to just slap optifine in my mods folder but when I do that I get this error every time I try to launch.

The game crashed whilst there was a severe problem during mod loading that has caused the game to fail
Error: net.minecraftforge.fml.common.LoaderExceptionModCrash: Caught exception from MalisisCore (malisiscore)
Exit Code: -1

So how do I install optifine so I can use the shaders I want?

We don't support the use of Optifine, you need to reach out to the creator of optifine for support with your issue.
 
okay, I was asking if someone from the ftb community knew how to make it work because they figured it out themselves and could share with me.
