How do I find Greg Tech Config thingy file

I have spent a lot of time in search of a post that tells me this and I have searched on the web and I can't find something I was wondering if someone could help me that would be great.

And could it be step by step instructions please because that would be much easier.

I am using 64 bit windows BTW.

-go to wherever your ftb modpack is installed.
-go to the config folder
-go to the folder called gregtech

depends on what you wish to edit and no. they'd have to change the server configs.

The Recipe Difficulty
I figured out how to change the solar panel recipe but I don't know how to change gregtech recipes

go to the recipe.cfg and scroll down until you see

and change the recipes you wish to change to false
