So I'm going to be working on a MineFactoryReloaded thing in my survival world but I don't know how to make it so I kind of set it up in a creative world.

So I'm gonna be growing and harvesting wheat on the left side, which goes to both the chest and the feed station and the top. The thing is, I don't want the wheat to go to the feed station once it's full and I'm pretty sure cobblestone pipes will just divide it up 50/50. How do I make it detect that it's full and not send any more? Also I'm not sure how to do this with conveyor belts either because I think MFR uses those. Sorry for the noob post, any help is appreciated. :)

option 1 use redpower tubes

option 2 first connect to the feed station first and continue the pipe to the chest, for the pipe connecting to the feed station use a diamond pipe with feed going into the station and path to the chest empty

Redpower tubes will only work if the pipes leading to both inventories are EXACTLY the same length, or else it will fill up the closest inventory first. Instead what you could do is still use the redpower tubes, but add in either 2 filters, or 2 retrievers, each requesting specific amounts. A sorting machine would work fine, as well, distributing the output evenly between both inventories, but it requires power.

That's exactly what the OP wants it to do. You must have misread the post.
"The thing is, I don't want the wheat to go to the feed station once it's full"
"How do I make it detect that it's full and not send any more?"

The redpower tube is a perfectly valid option here.

You could also get the same result by placing a diamond pipe right next to the feed station and tell it to send any wheat into it. Then have a second pipe leading from the diamond pipe to a chest. (Leave the output setting for this pipe empty) Now it will fill up the feed station first and once it's full, it will start sending wheat down the secondary pipe. ;)
