How Can I Get Rid of my Server Lag

Hey I've been having a massive problem with my Direwolf20 1.5.2 v1.2.2 server lately, LAG. Its an unbelievable amount,mostly with brock breaking, and accessing machines, I am playing on the computer I run the server on, but my friends (3 of them) are saying its really laggy too. Which means it must be "server-side". Also, the log is a bunch of "Can't Keep Up" Every 2 seconds here is one of my recent logs

My Specs:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 750 @ 2.67GHz 2.66Ghz
RAM:4.00 GB
System Type: 64-Bit Operating System

My server is running with A minimum (xms) of 2G and a maximum (xmx) of 3G

Any help would be extremely needed and appreciated, I just want to play with a couple friends without lag, any suggestion would be awesome

Turn off the gui. In the startup file add "nogui" to the end (without the " " marks). That helped incredibly with the first ftb server I hosted.

Do you mean if I right click on my Server Start.bat, and go to edit, that's where I put it, or somewhere else?

Thanks so much! Im going to test it out, but one quick question sorry, (you probably think im really stupuid) but do I put a space after the last text and then nogui?[DOUBLEPOST=1376150089][/DOUBLEPOST]
