HOW CAN 2 players can access to 1 AE2 network?

If I understand your problem correctly, then you may need a security terminal (connected to your ME network) and a biometric card.
If you hold the card and right click on your brother, it should set itself to him; you can then put it in the security terminal, set his access, then store it in the terminal’s inventory. That should work.
