Problem Hotbar bug

I have the following problem (pictures) and I couldn't find any solution. I'm playing FTB Revelation 3.2.0-1.12.2 on a server. I have this overlay of the hotbar sometimes it's gone but when I open ME system backpack or the inventory again it's back. I already reinstalled the modpacks that helped for a while but the problem came back. The first picture is the journey map.

Does anyone of you have a solution for this? Would be great!
