Hosted server crashes, maybe a memory problem?

So I'm using DemonVPS, I used FTP to transfer the files over after I had ran ftbinstall and ran it once to generate the world and shit. Then I requested the custom JAR change, and after all that, this is my console every time I run, completely unusable. It seems like it's a memory problem maybe? How would I change/check to use the 4gb of ram I have on my server. Any help and insight is appreciated. http://pastebin.com/hAGn6Au6

You have to increase -XXermSize= in your ServerStart file.

You should not be having permGen errors on Java 8.
Get the hosted server to update.
