Windows .exe Horizons not starting?

Launcher version: 1.2.9

Version: Horizons v 1.0.6 Minecraft v. 1.6.2

Java: 7u45

Problem: When I press launch button on horizons the launcher greys out and then stops doing anything. Tried restarting and reinstalling everything.

Okay, so I left it on the greyed screen for a while and it downloaded extra stuff, now when I try to launch it the screen greys out for a few seconds and then it goes back to normal. In the debug screen 2013-12-14 23:32:32 [SEVERE] [ForgeModLoader] Unable to launch comes up.

ATM, there is more than one Java version installed and the installation path isn't perfect. Please follow Ashzifications guide word by word. At least the quoted problems should be gone afterwards.
