Title Horizons III Not able to connect to Server due to Timeout

Details of the issue I recently setup a Horizons III Server on my Computer, to play on with my friends. Everybody is able to join, except for myself. Everytime I try, after 30 seconds the Server states that I left the game (although I didn't even join). This isn't the first time I am running a server and everything previously worked fine. To see if it changed anything I also tried the Modpack "Revelation", with the same problem. Interestingly "Project Ozone 2" (We played that a month ago) worked fine when I tested it. Joining a Vanilla server while playing the modpack worked, so I suppose something goes amiss during the Client Server communication. Reinstalling the Modpack, the launcher or the server did not work. Even copying the entire Modpack folder from my friends system to mine did not work. I also tried to join using localhost with the same effect (I normally use my IP-Adress to notice any problems arising with that). I am completly out of Ideas at this point so maybe someone has an Idea what to try next.

I thought that it might be the Minceraft Version (since Revelation and Horizon III both don't work, but Project ozone 2 does) and tried the Direwolf pack for 1.12. Surprisingly that one worked, so i checked all the mods that are in Revelations and Horizon III but not in the Direwolf pack. I am currently removing these one by one to see if that will fix the problem. Will report once I'm done.

This is affecting me too. However, I am able to connect just fine and some of my players are also able to connect without issue. But some players are not able to connect for the exact reason described by OP. I, too, tried loading a different pack (DW20) and everyone could connect with no problems.
