Horizons 2 crashing on loading specific save

  • Tech Support section is for getting help with FTB related problems. If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Title:
Horizons 2 crashing on loading specific save
Launcher Version:
Modpack:
Horizons: Daybreaker
Modpack Version:
1.0.2
Log Link:
Details of the issue:
Game crashes and window closes when opening specific save. Please help!

Yup. Download and run mcedit and use it to delete the block from your world. Click save in MCEdit and then load your world. If deleting the chopper block didn't fix your issue then try opening the world again in MCEdit and delete any entities around the chopper.

Then find out what mightve caused the crash if you can. It might've been 2 mods interacting with each other, like maybe the chopper was chopping a special kind of tree that maybe had some unusual drops or fruits or something on it.

If you figure out what the chopper was chopping then report it here so that the mod author can (eventually) be notified and can fix the bug.

Thx for the help guys, I'll try that on the weekend. Hopefully it fixes it.

Oh and I was only using vanilla oak in the chopper
