Problem Horizon v2.1.1 Server won't set up.

Hey, first off, a brief description of my problem...
I download server zip file, unzip it, and try to run either the "FTBServer-1.6.4-965" exe file, or the "ServerStart".bat file.

Here's the what whizzes past me in the CMD-type window:

It says press any key to continue and it closes.
The only thing that was accomplished was it created:
"ForgeModLoader-server-0".txt and
"ForgeModLoader-server-0.log".lck

If I try again, it creates more of the ForgeModLoader-server-0 files but adds a 2, 3, 4... etc

I also tried re-downloading it a couple times, and also tried DLing it from the "Download Server" button in the FTB launcher, no difference.

Anything anyone can give me for a tip is much appreciated, thanks!

This is the problem: java.util.ConcurrentModificationException and it is caused by running java 8, I'd suggest uninstalling java 8 and installing java 7. If you don't want to change your java, you can try putting this into your mods folder: http://files.minecraftforge.net/LegacyJavaFixer/legacyjavafixer-1.0.jar. Or you can try this: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forum...-forge-1-6-4-1-7-2-java-8-compatibility-patch
If you use the last option the post #5 in that thread has an additional step for servers.
