High Performance Host for FTB?

Hello!
I'm looking for a Minecraft host, to host a FTB server with an 30~ish players online,

I want the best performance possible. Some information:

•Chunkloaders, Agebooks, etc are not gonna be disabled, (but limited)
•Budget is 150$/month - max (slightly more is acceptable aslong as performance is in top)
•it can be a dedicated server, but its not a requirement.

Any suggestions/recommendations would be great!

Would you consider splitting the bill for a dedicated server which I would fully manage and install anything you need on it for you? I will be hosting a small private server that will have almost no affect on the performance of the server. Almost all of it will be allocated towards your server.

The server itself will be top-quality, with a quad core Xeon or i7 and 16gb or 32gb of DDR3 RAM, which we will discuss if you are interested in this proposal.
