If i remove gregtech and have played with it on my world will my world get corrupt?

Even if you have made something it should turn to air when you delete gregtech.
That being said, It may be better to open up the gregtech configs and set everything under "ic2recipes" to true, everything under "usefullrecipes" to false, and everything under "cheaperrecipes" to false. Then you still get to play with the new gregtech toys without the recipe changes.
