Hello, I LOVE the Mod Pack but I'm getting some trouble. I get frequent Lag Spikes (50 fps, 50 fps, 5 fps) so it makes it very difficult to play. How could I make it work better again? I want to re-install it but I do not want to lose my current Single Player world.

hmmm have you tried Optifine?
