Help. Withdraw items from enderchest with pneumatic tubes

I have an enderchest that I have connected my quarry. I want to connect it to my storage room with another enderchest there but how can I get the items out of the chest and into my pneumatic tubes to my barrels. I have tried a relay and a sorting machine how can I do this

A Relay works, it pulls stuffage out every Redstone pulse. You might've just hooked it up backwards. Transposers do the same thing, I seem to remember one was less laggy than the other but I can't remember which one.

Simply use a filter. As fasr as I know, relays do not pull items.

Use one or more filters directly attached to the enderchest. Connect them to each other with redstone tube, pulse the tubes every 1-2 seconds with a timer.

Items need a place to go, so if youre filtering them down the line somewhere they wont have a placer to go from out the filters. Is the sorter set up to tag 'everything else' with a color?
