Hi, I am new to this forum, hope this is in the right place. I am having trouble with my witchery seeds after crossbreeding. Is there any way to get a crossbred seed to plant without using the crop sticks. Is there a way to get it to stop having stats once it was grown in the cropsticks? I was trying to farm mandrakes and I don't like that the only way to increase the seed count was to keep crossbreeding other plants. And the only way to plant them is to put them in crop sticks. I just want to be able to plant them right in the dirt and get multiple seed drop chance like other naturally found seeds. Can anyone give me any advice? I am playing feed the beast infinity evolved on expert mode.

I don't think that is an option in that pack unless you want to make some changes to the configs and or scripts. Which might break the pack's designed progression. I know that witchery by itself doesn't require the use of the crop sticks. But, if you haven't played witchery before you might not want to use the normal witchery method for mandrake as harvesting the plant has other nasty side effects. Also, I'm pretty sure the witchery without the crop sticks will have a much lower yield as well.

Yeah I have seen the effect of it before, which is why I am certain that at some point I had normal seeds. And I thought that at some point someone told me that you could put the seeds in a machine that would run and then drop the normal seeds(seeds with no stats) as a by product. I thought it was a phyto insolator, but I am mistaken because I tried that last night and the machine wouldn't run. I guess it honestly isn't a big deal except when I want a large crop of something, I hate that I have to spend all the time it takes to cross breed.
