Help with running sky factory 3?

So I'm a noob at this. A complete noob who knows nothing about computers etc. I want to know if the problem with running sky factory is that my laptop's specs aren't good enough?? When I try running it I get as far as the icon appearing on my task bar, and then it crashes and gives me the screen I've attached. Can someone explain what the problem is/if it can be solved? I hope I don't just need a new laptop...

You appear to be using a very old launcher.

I don't know if that is the cause of the issue, but it would be my first guess.

This is how mine looks like:

The newer launcher has the most compatible java version build in, so once you've switched over, you don't have to worry about that anymore either.
