so i recently bought Minecraft java edition and I have been having issues with multiplayer. I tried playing regrowth with my sister on one occasion and with a friend on another and both have failed and this issue has multiple sub issues
issue 1: i used to do port forwarding with my router/modem back when I didn't own the game and had no problems. but lately and even now when i do own the game. even if I port forward correctly and i try to log in to my own server it kicks me out and saying [internal exception: java.io.ioexception: an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host] that and in addition it has latency lag. even tho I have a 500 mega plan
issue 2: me and my friend who also owns the game tried playing thru lan. now because me and him are internet friends who live overseas we used Hamachi to play on lan. the weird thing is he couldn't connect to me but I could connect to him
issue 3: when I did connect to his lan. I made a party in the HQM quest book and invited him in. when I collected items for a quest it showed up to him as completed and he could take the rewards but I couldn't take anything and it wont even show progress in the quest, essential meaning I cant do anything.
I am completely lost at this point I would really like to run my own dedicated server but for some reason nothing seems to work. I only tried this with regrowth but I am convinced that other packs might have the same issue
my specs are:
amd ryzen 5 3600
auros b450 pro
corsair vengence 16gb 2x8gb 3200
zotac rtx 2080
I don't think that the storage affects this issue so I wont list those parts
as for my internet side. as I mentioned i have a 500 mega plan and because of this the ISP or provider [I don't really understand how that whole deal works] gave us a router modem hybrid its 2 in 1 and it can give out 5ghz and 2.4 ghz signals tho again I don't think that's the issue. and the computer I'm having this issue on is directly connected to the internet with the cable I don't use Wi-Fi,
i also enabled recon and query in the server properties and made sure that the ports that were assigned to them were different then the server port, I did not assign port forwarding to them only the core server port that is bound to my ipv4
my server bat file has these lines of code

I'm usually very knowledged at this sort of stuff I opened countless ports in the past and had 0 issues with it so I'm surprised something isn't working out now for the first time in forever.
