Problem Help with pipes and ME system

So I've got this setup in my world (The pipe going out the bottom goes to a quarry) and as you can see in the following pictures the ME system isn't full but for some reason as soon as the items get through the pipes to the ME drive, they pop out onto the floor. They didn't use to do this and just randomly started to. HELP!
