Help with finalizing my frame quarry...

I need to automatically press that wooden button right after the quarry has hit bedrock, every time. The power on/off issue mentioned in the image has been fixed.
Any one know a good way to do this?

What, exactly, does your button do? It doesn't appear to be hooked up to anything...

But if pressing it advances your frame machine forward a block, you could replace it with a ProjectRed or BluePower timer, with a Wireless (redstone) Reciever controlled by a Transmitter at your base to turn it on and off.

Oh- the button is hooked up to the item conduit, it sends my ME drives to my main base and back. I need to basically just figure out how to send a redstone signal the same length as a wooden button every 20 seconds now, but I can't do it with a timer since the signal it outputs is too fast.
