Help w/ Adding mods to FTB Unleashed Server

Hello, I'm new to the forums here and am looking for some information. I plan on making a FTB Unleashed server for a few friends and I to mess around on and was wondering if its possible to add the Pixelmon mod to such a server. The only other mod i plan on adding is Archimedes' Ships mod. Will these two mods on the server cause issues? Is there a specific process that is required to add these mods and make them work?
