(HELP) Mod Format

Hey. I have a quick question. When you are making a modpack. Where do you put the Flan's folder into the Folder you are going to upload? A pack I am currently working on uses Flan's and I don't know where I am supposed to put the Flan's Folder. Help?
 
The Flan folder goes in the minecraft directory (where also your config, mods etc. folders are), not in the mods folder.
 
Would it still go in that area when I am making a Modpack with the format of FTB to publish it?
 
Yes it would, for reference check the files/structure of the FTB Trident pack for example.
 
One last thing that I just thought of. Does anyone (or vixblu if you are still seeing this) know if in the format when you are submitting a mod, to do links, do you use HTML? Or what do you do? I looked and thought I saw it says to do HTML, but I couldn't find it again. Thank you for the help <3
 
Do you mean the format to submit a pack to FTB? I believe you can use html in the description, but isn't mandatory if you don't need formatted text.

You can find it in the "3rd Party Modpack Guidelines" thread (in sub Modpack Creation), check the third spoiler tag "Details" (easy to overlook, I agree).
