Windows .exe *HELP*Minecraft Server "Lvl 0 tick 158ms?! -[Warning] Can't Keep Up!

I've done quite a bit of research on this, can't find anything specific on this. Running the latest FTB version .exe

Long story short, I had about 4 turtles running(sort of when the lag started) and stopped. I have some pretty large areas consumed with lava on the lower world bedrock area. It SEEMS, that this is the cause of it, although I can't indicate anything. The Minecraft server console is just spitting out:

In the beginning I had no issues, started the batch file or custom batch line with:
java -Xms2G -Xmx6G -jar ftbserver.jar

and a screen shot of the odd Lvl 0 tick.

seems like mass Wraith Lamps were causing some issues but I haven't pin pointed it out as of yet...
