Help me get a modpack

I have an old computer. It is a Windows vista, hp, and it is like, 10 years old. In modded mine craft with 30 mods I get around 100 fps. If someone could tell me a good mod pack to get, that would be great. By the way, I also can't use any launchers, except the AT launcher, because when I try to run anything that was recently downloaded by me, it won't run. So if somebody could help me with that as well, that wold also be great.

Also, I like playing with tech mods, tinkers construct, and I like my mod packs in 1.7.10
