HELP! Leftover in Liquid Tranposer

Okay i have some molten redstone in the liquid tranposer because i was making a redstone energy cell. But now im trying to make a liquid tesseract I already put the ender pearls in the magma crucible and it can't go into the liquid transposer because theres leftover molten redstone in the liquid transposer. So how do i get the molten redstone out!? I tried making it add the redstone in a cell but it didn't work! Please help someone :l

Switch the transposer to extraction mode, then put a portable tank on the output faces.

If you simply destroy and replace the transposer, the liquid will be gone.
