I am having trouble crafting the centrifuge in the hbm nuclear tech mod. For the centrifuge you need to have lapis powder. But, you need the centrifuge to make lapis powder. Using jei, there is no other ways to make lapis powder. Am I missing something?

Hmm that's odd. According to the Wiki:
The centrifuge is crafted in the assembly machine using:
1x Centrifuge Tower 4x Steel Ingot 4x Iron Ingot 2x Steel Plate 2x Copper Plate 8x Red Copper Wire.
I don't know what the Centrifuge Tower recipe is, I couldn't find that. Unfortunately I have no experience with this mod myself! EDIT: it does sound like there is a machine called a Shredder that might do the job?
